All of the documents we prepare in our firm are saved digitally as PDF files. This format ensures that all of the various forms, letters, notices, and documents we generate will appear the same, no matter what system you are viewing them on.
Q: What program do you recommend for viewing PDF files?
A: Adobe offers a free program called Acrobat Reader on their website here: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/pdf-reader.html
Q: Can I fill out and save forms with Acrobat Reader?
A: Yes. The Fill & Sign tool automatically recognizes whether your PDF has fillable form fields or not. When you’re done, you can save your changes and send the completed form back to us.
Q: Can I sign documents and forms electronically with Acrobat Reader?
A: Yes. The “Fill & Sign” tool makes it easy to sign documents and forms. Just open any PDF file, sign by typing or drawing your signature, or using an image.
Q: What do I do if I’m having trouble with Adobe Reader?
A: Adobe has created a very helpful support page for Adobe Reader and made it available on their website here: https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/faq.html
Q: Is there any other way I can fill out these forms?
A: Yes. If you’re having trouble filling out any document or form electronically, feel free to print out the form, fill it out, then drop it by our office.
