Office Hours & Communication
Our virtual office is open to the public Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Outside of these hours, our phones will be off to allow our team uninterrupted time to focus on your tasks and deadlines. We will respond to all messages within two business days. These hours will remain in place for the entire year.

Office Staffing & Document Handling
Our office is staffed for scheduled appointments on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you need to drop off or pick up documents during these times, an appointment is required. For your convenience, documents may also be left with the Executive Suite reception staff, available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please ensure documents are in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with our name. To pick up documents from reception, please contact us first so we can prepare them; they will be held for a maximum of two business days, and a valid photo ID is required. Please note that any documents not retrieved within 14 days of your task's completion will be automatically mailed to the address in your client portal.
Meeting with Our Team
To provide the most efficient service, we have shifted primarily to virtual and phone-based consultations. While we are happy to meet in person, a $60.00 non-refundable scheduling fee applies to all in-office appointments. This fee covers administrative costs and is not applied toward your tax preparation fees. Rest assured, all standard communication during the preparation of your return—including phone calls—is included in your fee. While our proactive process usually makes a final meeting unnecessary, you may request a 30-minute "wrap-up" consultation after your return is invoiced. These follow-up sessions are billable and can be scheduled upon request.

New Years Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Our office is also closed during the last week of December each year.
